Historic Renovation of existing Ballroom. Restoring existing columns and original floors.  Demolishing build out of closets which broke the space up. Opened up space with new custom 13' tall walnut doors to mimic existing historic windows. Designed and built out new bar in the reception area. This property was designated as Historic.
