This property is located in charming Five Points. We added an auxiliary structure to the rear of the property. This 800 sq ft "tiny house" maximized every inch. We included a kitchenette, study area, living room and foyer. It also has a bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry room. We capitalized on maximum natural light, placing windows in strategic spaces. It was a beautiful mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design.
