A historic property in Five Points. It was originally an old Carriage House. It had been converted to two apartments and we gave them an updated refresh. Each apartment got reworked. The space was gutted and we worked hard to design around existing obstacles that old buildings have. Two 800 sq ft were created, efficient and functional.
